CMS: A second notice for late student fee payments was sent out on January 9th. Please make sure these have been paid or the office has been contacted regarding arrangements to pay prior to report cards being sent home next Friday.

Congratulations to the CHS Clipper Bot Squads on a successful start to the 22-23 Season of the CCESC VEX VRC Robotics League!
Clipper Bot Squads A (Kylie Cameron, Kelsey Cameron, and Paxton Loosli) and B (Liam Garzanich, Caleb Pursley, and Jackson Knicely) were undefeated with records of 4-0-0. Clipper Bot Squad D (Oliver Higbee, Emily Reash, Lathen Tucker, and Andrew Taylor (ab)) finished the night in 12th place with a record of 1-3-0, showing great improvement in robot design and driving skills from match to match. Eighteen teams from local districts competed in this qualifier.
League: CCESC VRC League
Current Competition: VEX VRC Spin Up
Teams: 21 registered; 18 in attendance

The 2nd grade classes of Mrs. Campbell, Mrs. Ebben, Mrs. Houck and Mrs. Rapp performed for the Joshua Dixon Elementary School today and will perform tomorrow at 2PM and 6PM for Families and the Public. Under Mrs. Moore's music expertise, this group will get you ready for the holiday season spirit. What a great show!!

On Saturday, CHS Senior Delaney Finsley was awarded the Distinguished Young Woman of Ohio! She competed against 10 other girls from across the state in The Distinguished Young Women of Ohio competition. The competition's categories included Scholarship, Interview, Self Expression, Talent and Fitness. In June, she will travel to Mobile, Alabama to compete in the national competition. She won $4000 in scholarship money. Congratulations, Delaney; your Clipper Family is proud to have you represent us and Ohio!
