Pancake Breakfast Update:
Due to circumstances, this weekend’s “Meet the Team Pancake Breakfast” has been postponed. We look forward to rescheduling this event at a later date. May everyone have a great weekend, and GO CLIPPERS!

CHS:
A ticket auction sponsoring the Junior Class Prom will be held on Saturday, Nov. 18 at the Youngstown Shrine Club. Tickets are $15 each or full tables of eight are available for $80. Doors open at 5 p.m. Please contact Junior Class advisors Holly Ferguson or Trisha Nord at the high school, or Junior Parent Jane Buckingham at (330)502-1351. Come out for a fun night and to support a great cause for our students. Tickets should be purchased no later than Monday, 11/6. First come, first served. Thank you!

CHS:
CCCTC will be closed tomorrow due to a 24 hour water boil advisory from Buckeye Water. Full-day CCCTC students have no school. Half-day students should report to CHS for half-day classes only. Thank you!

Any middle or high school band or choir student who participated in the Century Resources fundraiser should bring an adult and pick up their orders TODAY between 3:30 - 6:30 pm in the HS auditorium. Items should be delivered immediately due to their perishable nature! Thank you!

CCP Informational Session -- Any student currently in grades 9-11 interested in participating in CCP for the 24-25 school year, can join us on November 9th at 6pm in the Auditorium. YSU will be hosting a general information session. This meeting is important to attend if you are entering into the CCP program for the first time.

CHS Athletic Update:
Please be reminded that tonight's football game vs. Valley Christian is at HOME, beginning at 7PM. Also, no youth football activities are permitted within the stadium. We look forward to seeing everyone cheering for the Clippers!

CHS FAFSA Update:
The Class of 2024 attended a FAFSA Presentation this morning given by
Reagan Stull, Associate Director of Financial Aid at the University of
Mount Union. In this presentation, seniors learned what the FAFSA is,
how to complete the many steps of applying for Financial Aid, and tips
on how to move through the FAFSA form. The FAFSA will open in
December and we are looking at scheduling a Financial Aid night in
January for an opportunity to assist any of our students and families

CHS Veterans Day Recognition:
Columbiana High School invites all community veterans and active military servicemembers to attend a Veterans Day celebration on Friday, November 10, 2023. The celebration begins with a breakfast at 9AM in the CHS Commons followed by a program in the auditorium. CHS Athletic Update:
Congratulations to our Clipper Volleyball team, as they secured the EOAC Championship tonight! There's still time to support the team as they travel to Wellsville this Thursday to try and wrap up an undefeated league season! The girls will also play at Struthers (10/9), at home against Springfield (10/10), and at home against McDonald (Senior Night - 10/12) before post-season play. Way to go Clippers!

CHS Picture Retake Day:
Picture retake day will be this Wednesday, Oct. 4 at CHS, beginning at approximately 11:00. Any students or staff members who did not get their picture taken previously or would like a retake should stop in the office prior to Wednesday for an envelope. Thank you.

Junior Class Parent Meeting:
There will be a junior class parent meeting this coming Thursday, Oct. 5, beginning at 5:30PM in the CHS Media Center to discuss this year's prom. The meeting should last no more than an hour. All junior class parent(s)/guardian(s) are invited to attend. Have a great weekend!
